Choose between relaxation massage, intensive massage, or mom-to-be massage.

Feel the benefits of thermotherapy as you pass through our various facilities to complete your thermal cycle. Start with a sauna, filled with dry heat or steam to complete: step 1: hot. Continue on to a near-frozen pool to fulfill step 2: cold. And find your very own hideaway to conclude with step 3: rest. 

Källa allows you to embark on an inner voyage, explore the connection between mind and body and disconnect from the life up above.

Requirements

  • Age: 19+ years old
  • Bathing suits are mandatory
  • Sandals must be worn in restaurants and are recommended everywhere
  • For hygienic reasons, always sit or lay on your towel in our dry saunas
