What is Impressions Labs?

Our e-commerce store offers a variety of unique activities and experiences within the Greater Toronto and Niagara area customized into Impressions Sets that are perfect for gifting.

What types of activities can I find here?

We have more than 30 activities available, including hot air balloon rides, horseback riding, exotic sport car test drives, spa experiences, and cooking classes with Michelin-awarded chefs. Check out our Impressions Set for more information on our curated sets.

How do I create a gift certificate?

Choose one of our Impressions Sets and we will transform the chosen set into a wonderfully-created gift certificate to be sent to the recipient of your choice.

What are the delivery options?

You can choose between a confetti-filled package delivered to their door or an electronic gift certificate sent via email.

How easy is the process?

The entire process can be completed in just 3 easy clicks. Choose your Impressions Set, complete your order, and we'll take it from there!

Do I have to pay for all the activities I select?

No, you only pay the cost of the most expensive impression in your selection.

What areas do you serve?

We offer activities and experiences across the Greater Toronto and Niagara Area.

Is there an expiry date for the gift certificates?

All of our certificates expire 9 months after the purchase date. Certificates must be activated within 9 months of purchase. To activate your certificate, visit the "Activate Certificate" page.

How does activation of the certificate work?

You can activate your certificate by clicking the "Activate Certificate" button. You are asked to enter your certificate number and PIN code found on your certificate, as well as your name, phone number, and email. Once completed, you will see the impressions that you can choose from. Select the 1 (one) impression you would like to do. You will then be prompted to provide your preferred date and time for the impression.

What if the dates I choose for my activity won't be available?

Don't worry, we'll get in touch with you and suggest any other date that is suitable for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

All of our gift certificates are non-refundable, but the actual impression rescheduling depends on the provider. Send us a message or email and we'll connect you with them.
