Requirements

  • Age restrictions applies for: Hot Air Balloon Ride Experience (10+), Skydiving Experience (18+), Indoor Skydive Experience (3+), Cliff Rappelling Experience (recommended 13+)
  • Height/weight restrictions applies for: Hot Air Balloon Ride Experience (140cm/4'6" and <114kg), Skydiving Experience (<100kg), Indoor Skydive Experience (<136kg), Cliff Rappelling Experience (helmet fits head circumferences between 19 to 24 inches and harness fits widths of <53 inches)
  • Mobility requirements applies for: Hot Air Balloon Ride Experience, Indoor Skydive Experience, Cliff Rappelling Experience
  • No alcohol consumption or drugs are allowed at any of these impressions

Booking Information

All impressions gift/e-certificates are valid for activation for 9 months of the purchase date. If the certificates are not activated within 9 months of the purchase date, they will become invalid and unable to be activated or used.

Please note that refunds of impressions gift/e-certificates are not permitted. Rescheduling or cancellation of booked activities and experiences is dependent on the policies outlined by the provider through which they are booked.

    You decide how the final gift will look. Choose to send it to their door in a colourful, confetti-filled gift box, or emailed to them as an e-gift certificate. We offer same-day gift box delivery service options and instant e-gift certificate delivery options.

  • 3. Make your purchase

    Choose to save big. You only pay the cost of the one impression in your selection, plus applicable delivery costs and taxes. Our recommendation is to select impressions in the same price range.

  • 4. Congratulations with the WOW-effect

    Upon delivery, your recipient can view all selections and select the preferred impression. You have 9 months to activate your impression, giving you ample time. We handle all booking and scheduling behind the scenes.

  • 5. Certificate Activation & Event Booking

    Visit Activate Your Certificate, input your certificate information, and choose the impression, date and time that best suits your event. We will finalize the booking and send you a confirmation email. Embrace the moment ahead with delight :)
