Booking Information

All impressions gift/e-certificates are valid for activation for 9 months of the purchase date. If the certificates are not activated within 9 months of the purchase date, they will become invalid and unable to be activated or used.

Please note that refunds of impressions gift/e-certificates are not permitted. Rescheduling or cancellation of booked activities and experiences is dependent on the policies outlined by the provider through which they are booked.
